Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, and raised in the former Yugoslavia and the U.K., Vidak Radonjic began studying Classical and Spanish guitar at the age of six and immediately fell in love with  the instrument.   After mastering some of the more demanding guitar repertoire, Vidak gave his first public concert in London during high school both as a guitarist and vocalist followed by many more appearances including some stage acting. Finding the solo nature of the classical guitar somehow limiting he found inspiration and musical expansion in the works of avant-guard performers, especially Paco De Lucia, the legendary Flamenco guitarist.

Vidak's fascination for the speed and rhythm of Rumba Flamenca influenced him to pursue the more passionate and fiery side of his musical temperament. Together with his fellow guitarists, Bilgehan Tuncer of Turkey and David Galvez of Peru, he currently performs at various venues ranging from corporate events like Neiman Marcus to private clubs in New York City including The Core Club to prominent live music theaters such as The Cutting Room.  Producing the shows, being on the stage and sharing an experience with the audience enlightens him.  His performances are often accompanied by dancers of diverse styles including traditional and non-traditional flamenco, contemporary, ballet, aerial, rhythmic gymnast, and contortion.  Click here to view.
